Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by converting qualified leads into paying customers. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from pitching products and services to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Executives are critical contributors to the company's growth and profitability.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations alongside Functional Experts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven track record in sales or related roles (1–3 years of experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques and sales methodologies.
- Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture.
