About the Role

Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA, providing technical support to internal users.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical expertise in the management of network facilities.
  2. Configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware such as servers, laptops, network switches, routers, and software.
  3. Administering web system hardware and operating system server software.
  4. Providing on-site and remote technical support to AIA's internal users of computer applications and hardware.
