General Objectives of the JobSupport the objective of OEM/ODM Application Group, Industrial & Institutional Cleaning Chemicals and related Consumer Care Products. Lead the development of prototype formulations utilizing the internal raw materials developed by Synthesis Group including its performance and comparative evaluation.Field of Responsibilities
  • Support the OEM/ODM Formulation Group related to product performance evaluation, product applications, and product development
  • Develop formulations of existing and new materials across industries.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports of developed product aligned with the Company Business plan
  • Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing relating to product performance and applications. Prepare presentation materials to aid product promotion.
  • Conduct quarterly in-house product presentation regarding new product and new application of existing raw materials
  • Coordinate and liaise with 3rd Party laboratories to perform product performance evaluations
  • Prepare benchmark evaluation/reports related to feasibility evaluation of projects
  • Suggest ways to improve the over-all wellness and safety of the laboratory
  • Develop the application test procedures in coordination with the Synthesis Group
  • Write technical reports to summarize experiments
  • Acquire and justify new laboratory equipment to aid development works
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering and other related science courses
  • With 1-3 years work experience
  • Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician
  • Knowledgeable in personal care, home care, and industrial & institutional formulations development
  • Knowledgeable in the application testing and evaluation
  • With good presentation preparation and presentation skills
  • With good documentation and report creation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Software, Canva, and other related apps
  • Amenable for 5 days compressed work week schedule
  • Willing to report onsite inCalle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
