As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects or programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. What You'll Do

Position Summary: As a key member of the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team, this position plays a critical role in advancing the company's workforce strategy. This role partners across HR, business functions, and Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to build and sustain programs that foster a more inclusive, equitable, and high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate brings a blend of data-driven insight, program planning & execution, and cultural fluency to accelerate outcomes aligned with enterprise goals. This candidate reports to the Global Head of I&D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Activation
    • Translate global I&D strategy into actionable initiatives at the enterprise, functional, or regional level.
    • Support integration of I&D goals into business and talent strategies.
  • Business Partner Engagement
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business leaders.
    • Provide guidance on inclusive leadership, workforce representation, equity reviews, and inclusive talent practices.
  • Program Leadership
    • Lead and scale key I&D programs (e.g., inclusive hiring, sponsorship, accessibility, education).
    • Manage cross-functional workstreams and collaborate with ERG leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Data & Insights
    • Leverage workforce data, engagement results, and benchmarks to inform priorities and measure impact.
    • Deliver reports and presentations for executive audiences.
  • Change Management & Communications
    • Design and deliver I&D communications, tools, and frameworks to enable adoption and accountability.
    • Drive awareness of I&D progress and priorities across internal channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Human Resources, Talent, or related fields.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across matrixed environments.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives or enterprise programs.
  • Deep understanding of equity and inclusion trends, best practices, and emerging risks.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience in a global industry.
  • Familiarity with Accessibility, ESG, or compliance-related reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization or HRIS analytics tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the rest of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
