Responsible in the preparation, processing and performs the accounting and treasury functions:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepares and process payroll.
2. Supervises the Accounting Function staff.
3. Performs the accounting function
4. Assumes the accounting function including the following:
a. Recording, accounting of company transactions and keeping of the books of accounts
b. Processing of disbursements.
c. Preparation and processing of Payroll.
d. Allocation and billing of corporate charges and expenses to operating subsidiaries.
e. Preparation of monthly financial statements.
f. Compliance with governmental reportorial requirements.
g. Preparation and monitoring of budget including variance analysis.
h. Procurement of business and other permits, and licenses.
i. Keeping of files and records.
j. Coordinate the preparation of audited financial statements.
k. Bank reconciliations.
5. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Competencies

• Must possess technical knowledge and competence in the areas of accounting.

• Must have good coordination skills and interpersonal skills to be able to relate well with all levels in the organization.
