We are seeking an experienced Junior Fund Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scaling our CFO services.
  • Capital calls and distributions, audit/tax support, pre/post close services, quarterly and annual financial reporting, limited partner communications.

You will also enhance transparency for founders, VCs, and LPs by utilizing our tools and resources such as real-time IRR, additional data points (TVPI, RVPI).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 year of professional accounting experience.
  • 0-1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience.
  • Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good judgment on when to decide or escalate issues.
  • Interest in providing excellent service.
  • Effective communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, and Fund Administration.
  • Crypto fund experience is advantageous.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience.
  • Motivated to work on fast-paced projects within a supportive team environment.
