About the role

As a Customer Experience Executive with Probe CX, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to clients. In this full-time role based in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide prompt, courteous and professional customer service to clients via phone, email and chat
  • Identify and understand customer needs and concerns, and work towards swift resolutions
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall service quality
  • Proactively look for opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a customer service handling telco and sales programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Fluency in both English
