Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Geely Motor Philippines Corporation. This role will be responsible for developing and executing management plans that cover the entire customer lifecycle, from attracting potential customers to maintaining loyal customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to establish effective customer feedback mechanisms to promptly respond to customer needs and resolve issues. They will also be responsible for monitoring opinions and feedback submitted by users on social media platforms and liaising with CRM teams to handle customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute management plans covering the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Establish effective customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain a positive and healthy community atmosphere on social media platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer growth rate, activity level, satisfaction, etc.
