Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to join our Tenerity Philippines Corp. team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement customer experience strategies that meet and exceed company, customer, and client standards.
Lead and manage a team of Customer Care Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience initiatives, driving business growth and revenue.
Evaluate and report on customer experience metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience management or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
