Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Real Estate Advisor, based in Metro Manila, Philippines. The Executive Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, conducting sales activities, providing expert advice on real property matters, and engaging in negotiations. Additionally, the advisor will offer training and support to clients and team members to ensure informed and successful property investments.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Luxury Real Estate or Upscale market
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to provide effective training and support to clients and team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both on-site in Metro Manila and remotely
  • Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
  • Have a strong network both locally and internationaly
  • With US, UK, and Japan visa is a plus
  • With strong knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
  • With at least 2-3 years experience as a property specialist
