Account Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our enterprise-level accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients (real estate agencies, franchises, and enterprise accounts).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing account strategy.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, branding, and ROI.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on account health, usage, and performance.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure client satisfaction and retention goals are met.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows (experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRMs is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
