Job Title

A senior accounting manager position is available in our organization. This role oversees a portfolio of clients, leads a team of junior and senior accountants, and aims for high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial services to clients including tax planning, BAS preparation, and submission
  • Liaise with government agencies on behalf of clients
  • Supervise and control remote bookkeeping services
  • Advise clients on various accounting and taxation matters
  • Hire, train, and grow a team of accountants
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing clients
  • Location: Remote preferred
  • Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization
