Key Account Manager for Branded Merchandise

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to oversee key customer accounts on our platform. This individual will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will own day-to-day account operations while collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize vendor-side account management to drive business growth
  • Manage high-value client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform with accuracy and efficiency
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows to meet customer expectations
  • Communicate with clients via email or Slack as needed to address inquiries and concerns
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation to prevent errors
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones to meet business objectives
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Branded Merchandise
  • Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
  • B2B account management with a focus on relationship-building
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • US time zone availability required for seamless collaboration
