The Food & Beverage Service Staff is responsible for mis-en-place, service, and maximizing guest satisfaction in the outlets/banquets. They ensure smooth operations of their assigned sections within the Food & Beverage division and uphold customer satisfaction standards.

  1. Handle guest inquiries courteously.
  2. Serve food & beverages to guests according to established service standards and presentation.
  3. Perform side duties as assigned daily by the Outlet/Banquet Supervisor.
  4. Maintain a complete understanding of hotel products, offerings, and procedures/policies, including fire, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  5. Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment, wares, and supplies.
  6. Perform other duties as directed by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College level (at least 2 years)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
