Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Biller & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role combines medical billing tasks (data entry, claim submission, and reconciliation) with quality assurance and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance. As part of this role, you will review the work of other team members, provide feedback, and help maintain high billing standards. Key Responsibilities

Medical Billing

  • Accurately enter patient and billing information into our system.
  • Review, submit, and track medical claims to ensure timely processing.
  • Identify and resolve rejected or denied claims through reconciliation.
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify any missing or incorrect billing information.
  • Maintain compliance with medical billing regulations and company policies.

Quality Assurance & Auditing

  • Review and audit billing work completed by other team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Identify common errors and areas for process improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and training to team members based on audit findings.
  • Work closely with management to implement best practices and improve billing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in medical billing is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in billing data.
  • Previous quality assurance, auditing, or training experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to learn, improve processes, and help mentor team members.
