Overview

We are hiring a Compliance Officer to ensure that the company adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Based in Manila, this role will be responsible for developing and monitoring compliance programs, conducting internal audits, and coordinating with relevant government agencies to maintain proper licenses and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to government agencies (e.g., BIR, DOLE, SEC, FDA, LGUs).
  • Provide guidance and training to staff regarding compliance requirements and updates.
  • Investigate and report compliance issues and support corrective action implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of permits, licenses, and other regulatory filings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or legal-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
