Job Summary:

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met for baby and oral care products. This includes preparing, submitting, and monitoring documents for government agencies such as the FDA and other relevant authorities. The role ensures that products comply with industry standards, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process regulatory documents and product registrations with the FDA and other agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to baby and oral care products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
  • Organize and maintain compliance records and documentation.
  • Support audits, inspections, and renewal processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (Licensed Pharmacist is an advantage).
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or document processing (preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or personal care).
  • Knowledge of FDA processes and product registration requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
