As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll handle order processing, document accuracy, invoice submissions, and issue resolution. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting business-critical operations for a global client-all while contributing to streamlined solutions from a temporary WFH setup.

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience and Knowledge

• 1-3 years of data entry experience
• Minimum typing speed of 35-40 WPM
• Familiarity with Oracle 11i and/or R12 preferred (but not required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Your Daily Tasks

• Complete all assigned orders (entry, releasing & assigning)
• Record appropriate notes/information as required
• Process and release order holds
• Identify and escalate issues to the Supervisor
• Submit invoices through customer web portals as required
• Perform various duties as assigned
