We're looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati:

Responsibilities:

  • Generate booking and sales reports
  • Responsible for hotel confirmation
  • Responsible for maintaining back-office tasks such as; updating hotel confirmation in the booking system, sending health and safety assessment forms to the property, and gathering information on room rates for rateshop purposes.
  • Assist the CS team in answering e-mails related to special requests and hotel confirmation numbers
  • Notify tour operators of any property updates happening at the hotel such as pool closure, road closure and renovation
  • Accomplish projects assigned by the client
  • Other duties as assigned by the client and supervisor

Knowledge & Education

  • Minimum intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
