Job Title: Healthcare Account Representative

This role involves providing customer support to healthcare clients via various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and addressing client inquiries, including refill prescriptions.
  • Verifying client information and processing new prescriptions.
  • Providing customer support through phone, email, or chat.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience handling US healthcare campaigns.
  • Good English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
