Account specific roles and responsibilitiesTeam Lead
  • Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high-quality and valued services
  • Conducts training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improve performance
  • Analyzes and reports on productivity and other metrics—such as attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols
  • Ensures the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports
  • Performs other supervisory tasks as required
Back Office
  • Reviews and processes submitted youth program applications
  • Extracts required data from documentation and inputs it into the designated website/database
  • Tracks application progress and status using internal spreadsheets
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of data entry and application verification
  • Meets daily productivity goals while maintaining attention to detail
    • At least 1 year of BPO experience handling a Back-Office account (preferably financial)
    • At least 6 months of TL / Supervisory experience
    • Good working knowledge of MS Tools
    • Keen to details
    • Excellent verbal & written English skills
    • Amenable to working onsite in Mandaluyong
    • Willing to work night shift
