Job Description

As a Client Manager, you will foster strong client partnerships by serving as their trusted advisor, managing communications, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through seamless support and exceptional service.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, customer service, or similar role
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals
  • Genuine commitment to client satisfaction and positive outcomes

Your Daily Tasks

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction throughout their journey
  • Implement support strategies to consistently meet client expectations

Communication & Support

  • Maintain regular correspondence with clients
  • Review client status and identify areas for improvement
  • Address concerns and queries professionally and efficiently
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience

Administrative

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records in CRM system
  • Track and document all client interactions and progress
  • Manage client schedules and appointments
  • Process relevant documentation and paperwork
