Summary:
The role is responsible for providing support on all Organization CCO's, including Buyer Planner, Routing, and Sourcing Rule tasks. Accomplish accurate Part Setup in ERP Systems within the turnaround time.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain ERP item attributes related to procurement parameters e.g., price, lead time, MOQ, DRI code, Price break supplier information, and others as specified.
- Gather, scrub, and manipulate data to generate reports and analysis related to Part and Supplier requirements.
- Follow predefined processes to ensure accuracy of information.
- Maintain task tracking sheets for CO/NRCO, input new items, monitor stakeholder approvals and aging, and close items.
- Maintain and update documented process instructions timely.
- Support database analysis activities.
- Lead execution of Commercialization Change Orders in the ERP system (Oracle EBS Alice) timely.
- Review Alice Attachment CCB reports for each CO in PD Cloud, ensuring all items are successfully pushed to EBS Alice.
- Verify the number of affected items matches the "Revised items" on the CCO.
- Check Process Control Codes (PCC) of revised items listed on the CCO for consistency; apply correct templates if needed.
- Verify BOM redline changes in EBS Alice Inventory org, especially when assigned to multiple orgs.
- Complete CCO Pre-Enrichment tasks: review, assign, and add all CCO task assignees to workflows.
- Monitor progress of related CCOs, follow-up periodically via email.
- Manually promote the enrichment level of all open CCOs.
- Run Item Completeness reports to verify ERP and PLM scores.
- Set items to Active status upon passing scores.
- Load production BOMs in Oracle EBS to support changes.
- Audit item attributes periodically for accuracy.
- Process Special Feature Authorizations (SFA).
- Set up new manufacturer info in Oracle PD Cloud.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience with BOM Management, Item Creation, and Attribute Setup in ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering Change Order processes.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Operations (preferred).
- Knowledge of Oracle Product Development and EBS (preferred).
- Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AC Power & Thermal NA products, manufacturing, and sales (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.
- Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.
- Positive team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across disciplines.
