Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Matching Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, assessing candidate profiles, and ensuring the best possible matches between opportunities and talent. You will act as the bridge between clients and candidates, helping both parties succeed by creating long-term, strategic matches.

Responsibilities
  • Review client requirements and job descriptions to identify ideal candidate matches
  • Assess and screen candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets
  • Submit shortlisted candidates with accurate notes and details for internal review
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of talent for current and future openings
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and research
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate fit
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools
