Job Description: Looking for people who works street smart, learns fast, good in research, organized, and willing to learn and grow. We are doing multiple ventures, and looking for someone who has the flexibility to work on different businesses as well as functions. Preferrably with Real Estate Background.
We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor's Degree (open to fresh graduates)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and in English
- Project Management skills
- Organized
- Willing to commute and travel
- Comfortable and know how to use Microsoft and Google Workspace
- Willing to work online and onsite
- Problem solving skills
General Job Description :
Organization: Filing, preparation of finances, and preparing all files and taking minutes of meeting
Presentation: Prepares and designs business presentation
Coordination: Coordination with different stakeholders of multiple projects or events
Project Management: Handle, monitor, and follow up different projects
Market Research: Research on different market opportunities, locations, partners, suppliers, etc.
Social Media Handling: Create designs and posters andhandle social media pages
Hiring: Assist in hiring other key roles as the business expands
Procurement: Research and Procurement of different products or needs
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Business Intelligence
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support executive decision-making.
Prepare executive summaries, briefs, and reports with actionable insights.
Track trends, opportunities, and potential partners/clients.
2. Client & Partner Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence.
Coordinate and follow up with clients on behalf of the executive.
Maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
3. Executive & Business Support
Manage executive's calendar, travel, and meetings with a business-oriented approach.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
Assist in business negotiations by preparing background information and talking points.
Support business development initiatives including prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
4. Project & Task Coordination
Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of executive-level projects.
Conduct research and prepare reports/presentations for decision-making.
Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Strategic & Personal Support
Support executives in prioritizing tasks and effective time management.
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
Occasionally provide personal support (errands, reservations, coordination for personal engagements if required).
6. Cross-Business Involvement
Assist in different facets of the business such as hiring, finance, operations, and other critical functions.
Provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
Act as an extension of the executive in driving organizational priorities forward.
Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned
