Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly structured and results driven individual who can contribute to the ongoing growth of our company. A strong commitment to the Consumer Duty principles is essential – putting clients' needs first must be at the heart of everything you do.

The role is expected to focus on report writing, client administration, data analysis, and providing recommendations, while delivering critical support to our Financial Advisers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to existing clients and prospects (within standard SLA turnaround times).
  • Onboarding of clients including the preparation of tailored suitability letters and reports.
  • Responsibility for security trading including communication with clients and trustees to ensure a speedy and accurate process.
  • Research and evaluate products, providers and investment funds.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties to provide solutions for clients and prospects.
  • Maintain and update client records.
  • Build trusted client relationships that support increased engagement, drive cross-selling initiatives and encourage referral – led business development.
  • Take a solutions and consultative approach to ensure prospects'/clients' needs are accurately met.
  • At all times provide ethical and best advice in line with best industry practice and achieve good client outcomes in line with Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Support all areas of the business as and when this is required.
