As a Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role in the financial advisory process by undertaking diverse responsibilities. This includes the meticulous construction of Statements of Advice (SOA) documents that encompass a broad spectrum of financial strategies.

What awaits you in this role?

  • Construct Statements of Advice (SOA) documents across a broad spectrum of financial strategies.
  • Assist Advisers proactively in managing clients' affairs.
  • Maintain a commitment to the highest compliance standards.
  • Perform ongoing client maintenance, prepare for annual progress meetings, and manage/prepare any compliance obligations and reviews.
  • Develop and manage internal relationships with Advisers and key external service providers to create and maintain administrative and operational efficiencies.
  • Support a team of professional advisers by preparing high-quality strategic advice.
  • Assist in the proactive management of client affairs.

What's required to get hired?

  • Experienced Paraplanner (2+ years) with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Tertiary Education in an area complementary to the role.
  • Experience in Xplan and Office365 would be highly desirable.
  • Experienced in creation of advise documents such as Statements of Advise and Records of Advise.
  • Preferably has RG 146 certification or Advanced Diploma in Paraplanning.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Setup in Clark, Pampanga.
  • Must be willing for a 1-Month Onsite Training in Clark.
  • Willing to work on a Day Shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php80,000.00 per month
