Job Description

As a Paraplanner, you'll prepare accurate Statements of Advice, model financial strategies in Xplan, and collaborate with planners to implement end-to-end financial advice solutions-while ensuring compliance and timely service delivery.

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Weekends off)

Work setup: Hybrid, Quezon City

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 3 years paraplanning experience (5 years ideal)
  • Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Paraplanning) or similar
  • Preferably with tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting or related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian superannuation, retirement income, Centrelink rules, aged care, and personal insurance
  • High-level Xplan proficiency (to be tested upon role commencement)
  • Strong English communication skills-written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confidence in providing strategic suggestions and high-quality advice support
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and video conferencing tools
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments

Your Daily Tasks

  • Prepare detailed and accurate Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs)
  • Create financial modelling illustrations using Xplan/Xtools+
  • Conduct product research and prepare comparisons
  • Enter and manage client data within financial software
  • Implement financial plans in collaboration with financial advisers
  • Support the development of client servicing policies and procedures
  • Deliver tasks within agreed turnaround times
