JOB TITLE: Branch Manager

Role Description

Branch Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our consumers. They will contribute to the performance of our programs and develop sales/recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for getting consumers, communicating with and building merchant and retail, program management, strategic planning and optimizing performance to increase consumer-generated revenue, analyzing data and results, etc.
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and manage relationships with business partners, agents, and existing clients for sales growth and expansion.
  • Works with the Head of Insurance in developing and implementing consumer marketing
  • programs, managing relationships with consumers, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and providing support and guidance to consumers.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.
  • Helps the consumer/business partners manage incoming sales, including coordination on
  • payments and policy issuance.
  • Supports in delivering consistent performance of consumer on sales and onboarding
  • Going out and meeting potential affiliates, institutions, or agencies and representing the
  • company and its affiliates professionally and convincingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
