About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Director – Commercial Development Director to lead and ensure commercial results of our business units. The role involves overseeing growth strategies, driving market expansion, and ensuring profitability. You will play a critical part in shaping strategic actions, identifying new client opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage commercial strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Understand and analyze business development to establish strategic actions.
  • Master key business figures to drive informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for new clients and market expansion.
  • Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with commercial objectives and market trends.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, channel development, and expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 7 years of strategic commercial leadership experience in the Philippines (Manager, Director, Vice President) within finance, cooperatives, rural banks, government institutions, or lending companies. Multilevel experience is an advantage.
  • Proven experience leading Filipino teams (5+ members).
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in direct, face-to-face sales with customers in the field.
  • Strong execution mindset, with the ability to turn strategy into action.
  • Solid understanding of financial products or fintech markets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to San Fernando, Angeles Pampanga Province and travel to difference cities.
