  5. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

    • Benchmark compensation practices to ensure market competitiveness.

  6. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

    • Maintain and update HR records and prepare necessary reports.

    • Handle workplace investigations and manage disciplinary actions as needed.

  7. Strategic HR Planning:

    • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

    • Monitor industry trends and propose innovative HR strategies.

    • Drive organizational change initiatives and support business growth.
