As the Product Owner for our core product, you will lead product strategy, manage complex products, and take full ownership of the product development cycle from concept to delivery. You will drive high-impact initiatives and act as a leader within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Strategy Development: Define the product vision and roadmap. Lead high-level strategy discussions and make key decisions regarding product direction
  • Backlog Management: Lead and own the backlog refinement process, balancing stakeholder demands with technical considerations.
  • Roadmap Contribution: Handle feature prioritization and the product roadmap. Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations at a senior level.
  • Training: Mentor and coach junior Product Owners and other team members of the Product Team. Develop and conduct training programs for product management and cross-functional teams, fostering skills development and career growth
  • Team Collaboration: Lead collaboration efforts across developers, engineering, design, and QA.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct advanced market research and align product goals with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the product life cycle

Qualifications

  • 2- to 4-years experience as a Product Owner in a tech-driven environment with background in mobile application development
  • Experience in leading large-scale product development initiatives
  • Advanced leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or Professional Scrum Product Owner is a plus
