The Owner's Representative will act on behalf of the hotel owner to oversee the planning, development, and operations of hotel and leased properties (projects). This role ensures that the owner's vision, financial interests, and quality expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee hotel and property development or renovation projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand representatives.

Financial Oversight

  • Review and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
  • Track and approve expenditures and change orders.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure that the final product meets the owner's vision and brand requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the liaison between the owner and various stakeholders (hotel brand, project team, government agencies).
  • Represent the owner in meetings and negotiations.

Contract Management

  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met.

Operations

  • Support pre-opening activities including staffing, procurement, and training.
  • Ensure smooth transition to operational phase.
