We are looking for a strategic and user-driven Product Manager to lead one of our core product domains. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap—transforming insights into impactful products that deliver meaningful value to both our customers and the business.

As a Product Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and tech feasibility. You'll work cross-functionally to drive alignment, shape product direction, and deliver experiences that move key metrics. Key Responsibilities:

Drive Vision & Strategy

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals.
  • Keep the team focused on what matters most.

Define OKRs & Metrics

  • Work with the Head of Product/Lead Product Manager to set and track quarterly product OKRs and performance indicators (e.g., activation, retention, conversion).

Lead Discovery & Prioritization

  • Conduct user research and synthesize insights to identify opportunities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on data, feedback, and business impact.

Own the Product Roadmap

  • Develop and maintain a clear, up-to-date product roadmap with buy-in from key stakeholders.

Shape Features from Insight to Execution

  • Translate strategic goals into epics and collaborate with Product Owners to break them down into actionable work.

Champion User-Centric Design

  • Partner closely with UI/UX to ensure solutions are intuitive, elegant, and grounded in real user needs.

Align Stakeholders

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive product narrative and execution.

Coordinate Go-To-Market

  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and customer success to prepare effective go-to-market plans and smooth product launches.
