Bayad is seeking a Consumer Analytics & Data Strategy Lead to serve as a central partner across Product, Strategy, Finance, Operations, and IT. This role will unify consumer analytics and data monetization strategy, ensuring Bayad fully leverages the value of its data assets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Intelligence


• Design, executive dashboards and reporting tools that connect customer behavior with financial performance (e.g., ARPU, CAC, CLTV).


• Standardize KPIs across Bayad's physical and digital channels (e.g., OTC, Bayad Online, Asenso, Express).


• Ensure data integrity and consistency across pipelines, source systems, and reporting layers.

· Responsible in coordinating with IT for identifying customer and operational data needed for various analysis and reporting needs of the business. Collaborate with IT for the development of executive dashboards

  1. Business Analytics


• Analyze customer segments, usage patterns, and product engagement to support roadmap prioritization and go-to-market strategies.


• Evaluate retention, conversion, and channel efficiency to inform data driven decision making.

· Regular evaluation of product performance to improve overall product profitability and operational efficiency. (ie individual product profitability analysis and overall product portfolio efficiency)


• Identify data-driven opportunities for product innovation, bundling, or strategic targeting.

  1. Product Launch Reporting Discipline


• Partner with Product Owners and IT to ensure every new product or feature release includes defined performance metrics and corresponding dashboards.


• Guarantee that relevant financial, operational, and reconciliation reports are delivered to Finance, Strategy, and other teams before or immediately after go-live.


• Design a standardized reporting playbook tied to product lifecycle milestones.

  1. Data Monetization Leadership


• Lead technical scoping and cross-functional alignment for potential data monetization opportunities (e.g., APIs, embedded analytics, third-party partnerships).


• Evaluate commercial viability of exposing Bayad's data to partners through structured models (e.g., licensing, co-segmentation, white-labeled insights).


• Coordinate with legal, IT, and product stakeholders to ensure monetization initiatives are technically sound, secure, and compliant.

  1. Cross-Functional Reporting Ownership


• Serve as the reporting owner for Product and Strategy teams, ensuring business logic, source mapping, and operational accountability are clearly defined.


• Translate executive and board-level questions into structured reporting deliverables with traceable lineage.


• Support Finance and Reconciliation teams with access to timely, validated reporting aligned to revenue recognition and customer activity.

Qualifications


• –6 years experience in business analytics, product analytics, or data strategy roles


• Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, IT, finance, and compliance


• Strong understanding of consumer data, financial metrics, and transactional platform reporting


• Able to lead technical discussions while maintaining a business-first perspective
