Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager – People, Sales, & Operations is responsible for driving the success of a single restaurant by achieving financial targets, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role has full Profit & Loss accountability, oversees both FOH and BOH operations, and ensures compliance with company standards and government regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (Front-of-House and Back-of-House) to maintain efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage P&L including sales forecasting, cost control, inventory, and labor optimization.
  • Implement company policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with DOLE and DOH requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
  • Monitor food quality, customer service, and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and execute local sales-building initiatives and store-level marketing promotions.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and timely financial reporting.
  • Drive continuous operational improvements to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience as a Supervisor or Manager in restaurants, food service, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, and cost-control systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in labor scheduling, inventory management, and POS operations.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexible and willing to be assigned to different branches within Metro Manila.
