The Sales & Customer Operations team provides vital support to our sales and customer success teams across With Intelligence's business intelligence product suite.

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Operations Associate to join our expanding team, supporting our USA-based customers on the night shift. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, flexible, able to work independently and in a team, and maintains a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide operational support to sales and customer success teams.
  2. Assist other operations team members as the first line of support for customer-facing teams and clients.
  3. Lead conversion and assignment to the sales team.
  4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of customer data to help achieve commercial objectives.
  5. Manage account activities to drive customer usage.
  6. Maintain customer records in Salesforce.
  7. Perform data cleanup and conversion in our systems and Salesforce.
  8. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Resourceful with good research skills.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, with attention to detail.
  • Open to constructive feedback and eager to learn new skills.
  • Diligent, proactive, responsible, and accountable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; primarily night shift with occasional daytime rotation.
