The Sales & Customer Operations team are tasked with providing vital support to our sales and customer success teams across With Intelligence's business intelligence product suite.

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Operations Associate to join our expanding team covering our USA based customers on our night shift team. In addition to the requirements outlined below the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible, able to work independently and in a team, and exude a positive job attitude.

Responsibilities
  • To provide operational support to the sales and customer success teams
  • Assist other members of the operations team in being the first line of support to our other customer facing teams, and the customers themselves
  • Lead conversion and assignment to the sales team
  • Work with the business to ensure data integrity, driving accuracy of customer data to help commercial teams achieve their objectives
  • Account administration activities with the end goal of driving customer usage
  • Manage and maintain customer records in Salesforce
  • Perform clean up and conversion of data in our systems and Salesforce
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Possess excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Experience with any customer service platforms (EG Zendesk, Freshdesk) a plus
  • Strong in multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Resourceful with good research skills
  • Meticulous and well-organized individual with good attention to detail
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Diligent, proactive, responsible, and comfortable with accountability
  • Able to work both independently and within a team - this role is primarily a night shift one with some occasional rotation to work daytime hours
