Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with principal designers, assisting in organizing and tracking daily tasks and pending requests.
  • Efficiently encode and process orders in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date transaction records.
  • Provide exemplary assistance in showroom sales, engaging with clients, and addressing inquiries for a delightful shopping experience.
  • Monitor and maintain clients' accounts and documentary files with meticulous documentation and adherence to timelines.
  • Proactively manage daily tasks, monitor account progress, and ensure key deadlines are met effectively.
  • Coordinate harmoniously with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill account requirements and exceed client expectations.
  • Uphold and verify the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the sales process, ensuring consistency and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any reputable business-related course, reflecting a strong educational background.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, showcasing your ability to utilize digital tools effectively.
  • Experience with Google Suites applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated selling and negotiation skills, with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly personable and creative, adding a touch of artistry to your approach and design solutions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, meticulously managing tasks to ensure flawless execution.
  • Willingness to work a 5-day week with flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend commitments.
