The Sales Associate/Cashier is responsible for assisting customers in their purchases, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth cash register operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases
  • Promote and upsell products to meet sales goals
  • Operate the cash register/POS system for processing payments (cash, card, or e-payments)
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and daily sales reports
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and restocked when needed
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
  • Support store operations such as inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness
  • Assist in promotional activities and in-store events

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate / College Level in IT-related field
  • With or without retail experience (experience as cashier or sales associate is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and sales-driven personality
  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented in handling money
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
