JOB SUMMARY

The major task of a sales associate is to sell a company's products by advocating its good points. They are also responsible for ensuring that customers are aware of all the promotions that are going on at that particular time along with making sure that customers are led to their choice of product. It is the duty of a sales associate to ensure that each customer is directed where they want to go. They may accompany customers to the correct aisle.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and attend client's needs proactively
  • Provide customers with product information that they need
  • Explain product features and warranty agreements
  • Demonstrate the product, if required
  • Provide information on daily deals and promotions
  • Respond to customers' requests and concerns in a resourceful manner
  • Ensure that all purchased items are delivered to the customers in a prompt manner
  • Answer the client's inquiries thru call, text, email, social media etc.
  • Monitor, maintain and schedule customer appointments with sales personnel.
  • Prepare sales reports on a periodic basis.
  • Attend/ participate in car shows or any related events for the company's promotion
  • Reserve products for online orders
  • Ensure that all products are well stocked and are easy to reach
  • Make sure that the work area and aisles are clean and the shelves are dusted properly
  • Manage product returns and exchanges
  • Discourage shoplifting activities by constantly keeping a vigilant eye
  • Pick and pack orders for shipping purposes
  • Order out of stock items in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a resident of Cebu / Cebu City
  • Willing to undergo training in Davao
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales.
  • Excellent sales and negotiating skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
