Vous voulez travailler avec 4 personnes dont leur rôle est de Tester de nouvelles variétés de maïs en alliant innovation et environnement. Notre volonté est de former des jeunes aux métiers de la recherche variétale. Vous pourrez ainsi acquérir une première expérience professionnelle riche et diversifiée qui vous permettra de monter en compétence dans ce domaine. Elle vous apportera les bagages indispensables à votre lancement dans votre vie active.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement diversifié, avec des personnes passionnées par leur métier, où l'esprit d'équipe est le fondement même de la culture de l'entreprise.

Au sein de notre équipe testing maïs à Monbéqui (82), vous aurez l'occasion de suivre toute la campagne de la culture de maïs du semis jusqu'à la récolte en passant par le suivi et les prises de notations dans les essais. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de travailler sur quelques projets spécifiques qui vous permettront de développer votre expertise et votre sens de l'analyse dans ces domaines.

Quelques exemples d'activités que vous pourrez faire en nous rejoignant :Suivi Opérationnel:
  • Vous participerez à la mise en place des essais expérimentaux jusqu'à la récolte.
  • Vous serez amené à conduire des engins agricoles avec différentes technologies embarquées (GPS, Logiciels spécifiques, etc).
  • Vous participerez à la prise de notation sur les différents essais.
  • Vous participerez à l'inoculation de maladie en plein champs.
  • Vous serez une aide aux suivis agronomiques des champs sur la station.
Projet:

Avec le soutien de l'équipe, vous prendrez en charge le suivi d'un projet de A à Z sur des thématiques tel que la modulation de densité de semis ou de l'écartement des rangs, le comportement variétal face aux maladies, le process de l'inscription des variétés de maïs au catalogue Européen, etc.

Le plus important pour nous, c'est l'état d'esprit On pourra vous apprendre la partie technique durant tout votre séjour chez nous. Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux, autonome et vous aimez travailler en équipes. Les outils informatiques et les nouvelles technologies vous intéressent tout comme les engins agricoles. Vous rentrez en formation supérieure dans le domaine agricole (BTS ou Licence), nous sommes ouverts également à d'autres cursus.
