Contexte :

Tu rejoindras l'équipe d'expérimentation en colza et maïs au sein de la société Bayer Seeds SAS basée à Toury (28310). Notre équipe a pour mission de mettre en essai les variétés de demain. En effet, tout au long de leurs process de sélection les nouvelles variétés sont testées au champ afin de collecter une grande diversité de données phénotypiques. Ces données ayant pour objectif d'aider les sélectionneurs à ne garder que les meilleurs candidats.

Tes responsabilités:

Tu seras pleinement impliqué dans les activités de l'équipe :

  • Préparation des semences
  • Semis
  • Suivi et notations aux champs via diverses technologies
  • Récolte
  • Management d'intérimaires
  • Amélioration continue des protocoles et process
  • Projets d'implémentation de nouvelles technologies

Le fil conducteur de cet apprentissage sera tourné vers les essais rendements et pathologiques (essai phoma en colza, essai sclérotinia en colza, essai fusariose en maïs, etc…). Tu seras amené à participer à la fois à la partie opérationnelle (mise en place, collecte de données, management intérimaires, récolte), l'amélioration continue (protocoles, process, technologies, …) ainsi qu'à l'analyse des résultats.

Plus largement tu seras impliqué dans un maximum de tâches pour pleinement découvrir nos activités, nos technologies, nos problématiques.

Ton profil:

Le plus important pour nous, c'est un mindset On pourra t'apprendre la partie technique durant ton temps chez nous. Tu es surtout curieux(se), motivé(e), tu as un bon esprit d'équipe, une bonne communication, tu ne crains pas les déplacements et du travail sur le terrain. Tu viens d'un BTS ACD ou ACSE et tu as acquis idéalement une première expérience dans le secteur des grandes cultures. La majorité de nos projets, documents et logiciels étant en anglais une maitrise écrite et orale est souhaitée.
