
Learning And Development Specialist

Job Purpose: Help plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sends the weekly class schedule
- Prepares and updates the weekly slide lessons
- Prepares and administers written assessments (English)
- Arranges group-oriented and actual performance activities
- Coordinates with HODs on training concerns
- Completes the Trainer's weekly records
- Assist and coordinate with HODs on Performance Appraisal twice a year under SuccessFactors System (SF)
- Other tasks that may be assigned
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources or any related course
- Proven work experience as a trainer: 1 year and up
- Knowledge in designing and executing successful training programs (assess needs, plan, develop, delivering, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
