Job Opportunity

The role of a Learning and Development Specialist is a key position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve learning initiatives to support employee growth and development.
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, focusing on areas such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of training programs with organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in training or development, preferably in a lead generation, sales, technical support, or customer support environment.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and MS Office is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing priorities and deadlines.
