About the Role

The Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist acts as a Training Business Partner to the sales organization, primarily responsible for delivering targeted learning and professional development programs for sellers and partners. The role ensures the continuous growth of the sales team while aligning learning outcomes with BPI AIA's strategic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales management and stakeholders to identify learning needs, conduct gap analysis, and develop training plans, classes, and materials on BPI AIA's products and services.
  • Prioritize and schedule training initiatives aligned with business objectives and strategies on engagement and development.
  • Develop and deliver learning experiences based on the 6D's of Learning, including instructional design, delivery, and support for learning transfer.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using post-learning performance metrics and insights to improve programs.
  • Lead onboarding programs for sales channels and stakeholders, and support product, platform, and technology training rollouts.
  • Partner with internal teams to align training and development programs with business outcomes.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales training, facilitation, and management within relevant industries.
  • Background in Finance, Banking, or Insurance.
  • Skills: Presentation, Facilitation, Communication, Problem Solving, Coaching, Project Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
