MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets for the company.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to maximize their potential and performance.

- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budgets to ensure profitability and revenue growth.

- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

- Evaluate sales performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights for Top management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to drive continuous improvement.

- Suggest to Top management improvements where needs arise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business - Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.

- Experience working in the Food Industry dealing primarily with equipment would be an advantage.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
