
Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities
- Prepares and monitors consolidated sales forecasts, reports and updates.
- Initiates positioning strategy to stimulate demand for products and gathers data on competitors.
- Supports product launching initiated by the Marketing Group.
- Provides product updates and activity reports.
- Facilitates technical seminars and customers request for product samples.
- Identifies new sales opportunity within existing accounts.
- Monitors shipping and delivery status in coordination with the Product Management and Supply Chain Management groups.
- Ensures expenditures are duly monitored, controlled, documented, and charged to the proper cost accounts, including timely liquidation of advances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business and engineering courses.
- With (2) two years working experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in a Manufacturing set-up.
- Experience in Semiconductor/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Industries is a plus.
- Experience in handling clients in different industries (e.g. Pharmaceutical, Semicon) is required.
- Ability to make sound and strategic decisions.
- Good communication skills, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
