The Team Head is responsible for leading and guiding the team to achieve operational goals and drive performance. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring task delegation, facilitating collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
The Team Head also plays a vital role in staff development through coaching, training, and mentoring, while ensuring compliance with company policies and handling disciplinary matters when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily team operations and ensure target achievement

- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress
- Facilitate planning and participate in key decision-making
- Motivate and guide team members to sustain high performance
- Address and resolve issues or conflicts in a timely manner

- Lead team training and development programs to nurture future leaders
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or related operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License with driving ability
- Willing to travel and work beyond regular hours as needed
