Job Summary:

As an Account Executive, your primary role is to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and maintain long-term partnerships. You'll be the face of our brand—connecting with businesses, sports teams, and organizations to understand their apparel needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (online, events, cold calls, referrals, etc.)

  • Present and promote our custom apparel and sportswear products effectively

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and customization options

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales agreements

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in apparel, fashion, or B2B industry)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Results-driven with a customer-first attitude

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus

  • A strong interest in sports, fashion, or design is an advantage
